Trinket's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Trinket's Story...
Trinket has the temperament of an angel. She is calm and very affectionate; she simply asks to be loved and cuddled in return. Trinket is a lab mix and weighs approximately 25 pounds. She is heartworm negative, fully vaccinated with a clean bill of health, and spayed. She is also on a monthly heartworm and flea preventative. Trinket is 100% house trained, attentive to commands, and walks great on a leash. Trinket is playful and enjoys walks and being outdoors, but she is not a high-energy dog. Trinket does great around small dogs, but is tentative around large dogs and cats. Trinket is very approachable around people and eager to show affection. Trinket will melt the hearts of all children and adults as she is very loving and kind. I could brag on on Trinket for days, but words cannot fully describe this amazing dog. She is fostered in Huntsville, AL. To learn more about Trinket, please email info@FORrescue.net.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Trinket, a Chattanooga Chihuahua/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua/Labrador Retriever for sale in Chattanooga, or seeking a Chihuahua/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Chattanooga.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Chattanooga already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Chattanooga breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Chihuahua/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Chattanooga paves the way for another one to be saved.
