My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Greetings from Fitz. I’m a six-year-old guy, at 56 lbs, who was picked up as a stray by BJAC. Recently, I’ve had a tough time because somebody shot me in the right front leg, which caused a severe fracture. The radiograph shows it was probably a .22 caliber. My leg has almost healed by itself, but they’ve got me on kennel rest for a couple of weeks or so, just to be sure that the bone heals properly. If my bone does not heal itself, then the dogtor says they will have to perform surgery to ensure it heals properly. As bad as that is, AGB is also helping me heal up from a case of scabies mites (A form of mange). Pesky little buggers are making me itch a lot; but the doctor has me on some good medicine that is killing them. Won’t be long now before I feel like my ole self again. I’m very grateful for all the attention and am trying to help out in the office here as best I can. Being here and meeting such nice people has gotten my hopes up that there’s somebody out there, just as nice, who would like to take me home. I’m really wishing all this means that things have turned in a good direction for me and that it only gets better from here. Since you’re looking at my profile here, are you the person who’s going to give me that second chance at a good life?
