Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Squire is an adorable Chihuahua who is a year old and weighs a big 7 lbs. He is a little scaredy cat and can take a while to warm up but when he does he's a real snuggler. He may get nervous when he is first picked up but he settles down. He does get along well with other dogs but he likes to find little hidey holes where he can scoot down and feel safe. He is a little afraid of high energy dogs. He is mostly housetrained if he has access to the outdoors. We do not recommend Squire for a home with young children because of his fears. In fact he doesn't seem to like kids. He is also fearful of, and aggressive, with men who are standing or walking around and he does not like larger dogs. He is also wary of strangers and very protective of his house. We think this may be because he is protecting his female foster mom with whom he is strongly bonded. He needs a mellow, quiet home to get his confidence back. Right now he is eating raw and enjoying it and sleeping throughout the night. This little boy is way cuter than in his photos. Come see him and be prepared to fall in love.
