Lucy was rescued from Wharton County Animal Control with his new foster brother Ricky! They are safe in a foster home now, but both have let us know they are hoping to find a forever home soon. Lucy is litter box trained, and is a low-maintance kitten. She will be spayed when she reaches the healthy age.
