Henry's Story...
Name: Henry
Color: Silver and Cream Point
Breed: Siamese and Domestic Short Hair Mix
Gender: Male
Age: 5 Years
Henry is a super handsome and sweet Siamese mix looking for his forever home. He can be a little nervous when things get too hectic, so would prefer a mellow home where he can chill.
Big fan of: Henry likes to sit right next to you and rub his head all over you! He would love it if he had a spot reserved for him on the couch next to his people.
Special Features: Henry is proud of his age and thinks you should be too. If you are over 55 years of age, please ask about our “Young at Heart” adoption special.
Dream Home: Henry will do best in a home with no younger children; older children who will give Henry space if he feels overwhelmed would be the best match. He could potentially live with a very laid-back dog who won't chase him, and possibly another friendly feline. He would be just fine as an "only-child" as well, as long as he gets plenty of attention from his human family.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Henry, a Bellingham Siamese cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Siamese for sale in Bellingham, or seeking a Siamese cat from a breeder in Bellingham.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Bellingham already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Bellingham breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Siamese breeders who help with Siamese rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Bellingham paves the way for another one to be saved.
