Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sweet little Rusty is a darling terrier baby mix. He is only 9 months old and weighs 13-14 lbs. He was found in the Downey area and his owners have not come forward. He is currently being boarded at a vet’s office and he is too young and too sweet not to have a forever home. He is vaccinated and spayed. Because he has been at the vet’s boarding facility for two months this little boy has not had a chance to learn potty training. He likes other dogs but we do not yet know how he feels about cats. We do not know too much about him because he hasn’t had a chance to be in a real home and walk on leash and do normal puppy things like playing with toys and running around. He urgently needs a foster or forever home.
