Flynn is a Lab mix, he looks like he could have beagle or basset hound in him because he has stubby legs and likes to follow his nose like a hound dog. He is not a big barker or howler, though. He is the ULTIMATE family dog. He loves kids and is very tolerant of the toddler in his foster home that is in the middle of a bad phase with how he treats dogs. We would strongly prefer that he goes to a home with children, but it is not mandatory.

Flynn loves dogs and to play with any dog that will engage with him. He is being fostered with 2 old, bossy, little dogs and he pays them no mind. Flynn is good on a leash, and usually walks with a loose leash. If he gets distracted by a squirrel, rabbit, other dogs, etc then he will pull a bit. But overall, he is a good leash dog that doesn't require much work.

We don't know much about Flynn's background before he came to us, as he was a shelter dog. We believe he lived with a nice family. He is completely housebroken, walks nice on a leash, and overall has good manners. However he doesn't seem to know any basic commands yet (his foster home is working on that).

Flynn is a low to medium energy dog. Most of the time he is pretty lazy, but will occasionally get amped up and need a walk or a game of fetch. He would do well in ANY home.
