My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

THIS PHOTO IS GEORGE (he is part of a bonded pair)

George (age 6) and Sophi (age 7) are a bonded pair. They need a new home (together if possible). There current owner doesn't have enough time for them and her child is not getting enough attention from her because she has to care for the dogs.

Most of their days and nights are spent being crated (Which is no life for a dog) A typical day for them is to Wake up and go outside to potty, eats breakfast than is put in a cage for 7-9 hours. They are then taken out to potty again for a 10 minute walk, they are fed again and then they are out of the cage in the living room for a few hours. They are walked once more for potty before bed then put in the cage again overnight from 9 pm till 7 am. These babies are both overweight (obviously not getting any exercise all day has contributed to that. But with proper diet and activity the lbs should drop off.

They need an adopter that can give them the attention they deserve so they don't have to live in a crate most of the day. They are both friendly with people, kids, dogs and cats. Both are up to date on shots, on Heartworm and flea and tick prevention.

Sophi currently has a UTI infection that will clear up with meds so she needs to be taken out much more often than they are doing now or she may have an accident. Both are attention starved and do not like being left all alone for long periods of time.

If anyone is willing to take them together it would be wonderful! But we will separate them if we have to.
