My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Poor little Blossom was left by her owner at the shelter. She was so scared. In fact, she caught her Dusty Paws foster mom's eye by trembling like a leaf, her huge eyes pleading to be rescued.

In her foster home, Blossom was unsure at first about her new surroundings; however, she is doing much better as she gets used to her new environment and to adoption events. Still a little skittish, she will approach if you have treats or are sitting and will jump in your lap, but may run away if you are standing or make any sudden movements.

Blossom appears to be house-trained. She tolerates the playful antics of her foster sister, a five month old puppy who is much larger than she is. She will sleep in a crate, but it is obvious she would rather share the bed. Her foster mom has let her sleep on the bed and she is perfectly content with that arrangement.

Blossom appears to be a Shih Tzu mix. She is about 2 years old and 10 lbs.
