My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, I’m Bunny! I am a beautiful 3-year-old girl who completely loves my people. I especially love children - they are closer to my size and love to play! My personality and activity level are both very much lab-like: I am friendly, cuddly, and bouncy. I love to show my enthusiasm for life by bouncing and I am just a happy dog who is thoroughly enjoying being in a home!

My foster mom says I have the cutest polka-dot ears and that I am beautiful all around: nice tucked up tummy, perfectly muscled legs, and so pretty on top of all that! I love people, most other dogs, people, trips to PetSmart (toys!!), people (did I say that already? Let me repeat, I LOVE people!), walks to the park, people (really, this is maybe my favorite thing), car rides, and people.

Did you know: people(one of my favorite things!) includes kids! I am GREAT with children! My child-manners include playing very gently with them, taking treats very politely from little hands, and making no fuss at all when I am the recipient of hugs or am used as a pillow.

Not on my list of favorite things: Cats. I’m very sorry to say that I just don't like cats. (I'm really not sorry, but my foster mom said it would be polite to say that I am. See how I have good manners?!) However, have I mentioned that I love people?? Plus I don't really shed very much at all. My foster mom is thrilled that she doesn't have to vacuum Dust Bunnies!I

Other aspects of my shining personality: I am very good in my crate and am completely house-broken. I'm still young and would do well with some obedience training. I can be a bit of a puller on my leash, but I am very smart and learn quickly. I would be happiest in a home with an active person or family who will take me to play!! If you have another dog, it would be best if it was a submissive male because I can be a bit of a bossy boots.

If you would like to meet me, I would love to meet you! I am a loving and very sweet girl who would love to be in my forever home soon!

Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable, so for most of the dogs we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each dog as an individual and will do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not by breed label.Bunny
