My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sometimes it's just fate that draws us to a shelter dog. Other days it's a very persistent shelter Volunteer who wouldn't let our volunteer leave the shelter until she met Lucky Day.

And we're not sure who was luckier that day....us or the dog because LD is amazing!

She is a gentle spirit that simply just wants to please! Great with other dogs, LD is sweet to the little pups and ready to rumble with dogs her size. She does need some leash work but she is so responsive to corrections that we don't think it will take long.

Lucky Day is a tall drink of water but is only 45 pounds and is in perfect shape. We think she works out.

Come and meet LD and you'll know what we're talking about when we say we were lucky the shelter Volunteer was persistent.
