Lizzie's Story...
Hey everyone, meet Lizzie!

Lizzie was picked up as a stray running the streets of San Antonio. A good rescue friend reached out to us and asked if we may have space for this sweet girl (because black dogs in shelters stand very little chance of getting out). We were thrilled to add this sweet little lady to our foster pack.

Lizzie is approximately 1 year old, she has the most amazing personality! She loves to walk on her leash, ride in the car, and just be around people. She is affectionate and very eager to please.

Lizzie is dog/cat/kid friendly and would make an amazing addition to anyone's family. She is in the 40 pound range and we do not anticipating her getting much larger.

Lizzie is fully vetted (spayed, microchipped, and has all of her shots).

Lizzie's local (Houston Area) adoption fee is $150.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lizzie, a Conroe Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Conroe, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Conroe.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Conroe already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Conroe breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Conroe paves the way for another one to be saved.
