Calling all hikers, joggers, bicyclists, long distance walkers….anyone but couch potatoes….do we have a dog for you. Jilly is just about 2 years old and is a high energy miss who needs a lot of exercise or a job to do. If she isn't given a chance to burn off her puppy energy, this active lady can get into a lot of mischief. Jilly was originally adopted by a family who expected her to just be content to sit n a corner and look beautiful. Unfortunately Jilly had other ideas so she wore out her welcome real fast. We were asked to intervene and find her a more suitable home where she will get the attention and chance to stretch her legs. She has been neglected far too long.

Jilly is completely vetted and now microchipped. She weighs around 40 pounds but she has very long legs. Jillt eats very fast, plays hard, does not yet know how to share with other dogs or walk calmly on a leash. What Jilly is good at is smothering you with tons of affection. She will grow into being a fantastic pet but she is not good for the novice owner. If she is given proper direction and a firm hand, Jilly will end up being a lovely lady. She does need to be the only dog in the home. Jilly has shown marked improvement since she arrived in our care. She needs to get into another home where her training will continue.

We keep our website current so if you see a pet listed here you can be pretty certain it is still available. Send in an application located here and we will be in touch. (www.allstar.petfinder.com)

About All Star Pet Rescue

About Our Rescue Group...

All Star Pet Rescue is an all volunteer, non-profit, no-kill organization formed in April 2006. We don’t have a facility & are comprised solely of foster homes for homeless pets. Our mission is to network with other shelters & rescue groups to take in animals needing a new start. We don’t discriminate based on breed, age or health status & only place the animals in loving & responsible homes. We also work to educate the public about the benefit of spaying or neutering their animals & the usefulness of micro-chipping.

We receive no public funding & count on animal lovers to help provide the medical care & supplies necessary for the health, safety & comfort of our rescues. Monetary donations are always needed & greatly appreciated. It’s because of monies donated that we’re able to continue our work for the animals. We’re a recognized 501c3 organization so your donations are tax deductible.

Come Meet Our Pets...

Our adoptable pups are all in foster care so arrangements need to be made to meet them. Please contact us at allstarpets@comcast.net or better yet, submit an online application located at www.allstar.petfinder.com. We will be in touch to make an appointment to bring the pet to meet you.

Our Adoption Process...

We do have an adoption fee which goes right back to the animals for food, medical treatment, etc. Yo do have to sign a contract. We also do have certain requirements when placing our animals, some are general & some can be based on the situation.
