Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Frank is a Courtesy Posting. Frank was found a couple of months ago by a really nice lady who took him in and began working to get him healthy. He was found in poor shape with a skin condition that is clearing up. While she will continue fostering him they have too many pets and he needs a home. Here is what she says about Frank:
Meet Frank. Frank almost died because he had been abandoned and was suffering from flea allergy dermatitis, neglect and malnourishment. He was found in very pitiful shape. He was taken straight to a vet by a very loving family who couldn't turn their back. They not only got him the treatment he needed which has been weeks of meds, baths, and nutrition, they have also provided Frank with a wonderful foster home where he could recuperate.
The fantastic news is that Frank is well. His hair is growing back and his skin is so soft. He is healthy and ready for a forever home.
Frank is about 5 years old and is a beagle (mix?). He is a very sweet and friendly guy who really loves everyone. He gets along great with cats and dogs (his foster home has 2 cats and 2 dogs). He does great with children and loves attention. Frank is housebroken. He is also neutered and heart worm negative. Frank is gentle, loving and calm, he walks very well on a leash and rides perfectly in the car (He climbs in my granddaughter’s car seat and sits there!). He has proven to be smart and very well behaved in the two months that we have had him. He shows no signs of aggression or anxiety. He is starting to feel secure in his new life and shows his thanks with kisses and love. He is currently eating Taste Of the Wild dog food and is on Trifexis for heart worm and flea prevention. The vet tech said he is extremely well behaved for his nail trims too:))"
