Phoebe (f) and Cooper (m)-Rat Terrier/Chi, July 3, 2013 (Sept. 2014)

Phoebe and Cooper are looking for a new start in life. They are siblings, born on 7-3-13, and bottle raised when
their mother died unexpectedly. There mother was a Rat Terrier and father a Chihuahua. They are housetrained,
sweet and loving. Their family fell on hard times and can no longer give them a good home. They asked the Rescue
to take them in and if at all possible, find them a home together, as they are bonded, from never being away from
each other. The adoption fee if $275 each, to cover the medical costs of getting ready for adoption.
