Jenison (Michigan Litter)'s Story...
Meet Jenison! She is just a pup, but is incredibly intelligent & catching onto house training quickly! She gets along great with other dogs & loves to cuddle after playing with her sister. She is very affectionate & LOVES to play chase with her four-legged foster sibling in the yard. Jenison will pick up a toy & strut around with it (her favorite outside toy right now is a plastic plant pot ;)). They also play "how close can we get to the monster" with their Dane sibling, by running up to him one at a time, then running back to their foster mom as fast as they can!

If you're interested in adopting Jenison, please visit our website at www.c2cnd.org & click on "adoption process" to fill out an application! Adoption fee for dogs of all ages is $200 - this covers their age appropriate shots, microchip, deworming, heartworm test (if old enough to be tested & treatment if necessary), and spay/neuter.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jenison (Michigan Litter), a Mooresville Labrador Retriever/Border Collie puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Border Collie for sale in Mooresville, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Border Collie puppy from a breeder in Mooresville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Mooresville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Mooresville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Border Collie breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Border Collie rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Mooresville paves the way for another one to be saved.
