Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Barrett! The most stunningly gorgeous 2 year old lab, bulldog- staffy (?) mix we have seen in a long time! Barrett has a gorgeous black and white coat and the prettiest face- split right down the middle! She is as pretty as she is sweet, her temperament is easy going and playful! Barrett is an athletic girl who weighs 58lbs – though she doesn’t look it! She has a solid muscular build but is medium size in height. Barrett’s fosters had multiple dogs of varying sizes and ages as well as children aged 5 to 15. Barrett is very well socialized and is confident and outgoing. She loves to play and will be a super play partner for your other dog or children! Beautiful Barrett will also double as a great exercise partner as she has good stamina and LOVES her daily walks or runs. This girl can’t wait for northwest hiking trails and beaches! Barrett is crate trained and house trained and was rescued out of crappy, rural north Georgia. She deserves folks who appreciate her loving nature, affection attitude and desire to be with her people! Barrett does great on the leash, is working on finishing her basic commands and working on her slight tendency to jump up! Barrett LOVES to be with people. She enjoys watching television (lol!) and her favorite show is of course Animal Planet and then football…(already a Seahawks fan!). She is awesome in the car and perfect in her crate. And can be trusted in the house alone as well. Her foster Dad Chad, says she’s the best errand partner and loves walking the aisles Tractor Supply and Home Depot. Her foster doesn’t have kitties, but we took her over to a home where there are several and she had no interest so we think she’ll be fine with cats, too. This active and confident girl will be at ease in a family situation and she will bond quickly with new people. Her short coat is low shedding and low maintenance for a lab mix too! Barrett is spayed, vaccinated and micro-chipped. She has been flea treated and de-wormed and is in great health. Over the puppy chew stage, this beauty would love some training time with you for family bonding time and she’ll be the star of the class! Barrett will be heading out of Georgia on Oct. 1st with arrival in Washington on October 4th…ready for her new life with YOU! To apply for gorgeous Barrett, please fill out an online application at www.raincityrescue.com (choose foster/adopt tab) or for questions, email Pam at raincityrescue@gmail.com. Her adoption fee is $400…don’t miss out on this great girl!
