Triton was picked up as a stray and brought to one of our local shelters. Staff immediately knew he had been used as a bait dog, as his body was covered in open wounds and he was incredibly skinny. One of his legs was so infected it had actually begun to rot. He was a mess and in horrible pain .... and yet, he was still so sweet and loving, despite the horrors inflicted upon him. Triton has fully recovered and is now looking for his forever home. He gets along well with most dogs, is quiet in his crate, is house-trained and all around an amazing dog. And did we mention how handsome he is?! Triton is a very special boy and we are honored to have him be a part of ITP. We know he is going to make one very lucky family very happy once adopted!
