My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

11/3/14 Mint Julep has tested heartworm negative!! She is enjoying her sweet freedom from the crate at long last. She runs, twirls, and leaps all over the backyard. With this clear bill of health, MJ is now ready for her forever home. She is a sweetheart with lots of love to give. She's houstrained, crate trained, and gets along well with her 2 foster boxer brothers. MJ recently participated in Project Puppy where she modeled a costume on stage and met with adoring fans afterwards. MJ would do well in almost any good home...she's a snuggler but also enjoys her walks. She gets along with other dogs and kids. She hasn't told us how she feels about cats yet. Mint Julep is just coming into the program as a Heartworm positive girl. So she wlll be on crate rest for 6 weeks. Stay tuned for more info on this sweet girl.
