Piper's Story...
If you love Boxers, but not the size, then I'm the Boston for you!!! Just look at how pretty I am! I'm Piper, I'm 4 months old and the vet says I'm very healthy. I'm growing like a weed and will probably be on the bigger side as an adult (over 20lbs). I've had all my shots, heart worm and flea preventative, I am microchipped and spayed. I'm sweet and spunky and love to roughhouse. I get along great with other dogs, cats and people of all sizes, as long as you like to play hard core! I know "sit", "come", "stay", "down", "no jump" and " go to bed". So basically, I'm really smart! I walk well on a leash and am 100% crate trained. I'm house trained, but you still have to keep an eye on me...What can I say, I'm young. My adoption fee is $400, to help offset my vet costs. You can email my foster mom at silverspitoon@hotmail.com with questions about me or feel free to fill out an application at southerncrossbtr.com if you think I'm perfect! I'm being fostered in northern KY. Thank you for choosing rescue.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Piper, a Jackson Boston Terrier puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boston Terrier for sale in Jackson, or seeking a Boston Terrier puppy from a breeder in Jackson.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Jackson already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Jackson breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boston Terrier breeders who help with Boston Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Jackson paves the way for another one to be saved.
