My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Adorable and sporty Jake is a gem. He is approximately 2-3 years old and full of energy. Jake loves companionship with his human, loves to go for rides in the car and loves to play ball. He adores squirrels and it's great fun to run and chase them until he's tuckered out. He would be a great agility or fly ball dog! He is currently living with another dog but truly, the companionship of a dog means very little to him. He loves to curl up in your lap or sit next to you on the couch and watch your favorite show. He snuggles in bed at night an never steals the covers. He is learning to walk well on a leash. He is good when left alone in the house but will howl for a little while because he misses you. He has been to doggie daycare and did well. All around, this little guy is not only adorable but just a really fun friend. Children over 8 and dog savvy would be best just due to his size(20ish lbs).

Jake's adoption donation is $375 to cover transportation, vetting and care while in rescue. Love A Mutt Pet Rescue is a 501c3 so all monies go to help other dogs in need and your donation may be tax deductible.
