My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Wookie is a cute little 8-lb bundle of fluff who would be welcome in your household. He is a calm, sweet, gentlemanly dog, estimated at 3 years old. Wookie appears to be house-trained and does not jump on furniture unless invited. He sleeps in his crate in his foster parents' bedroom at night. On the first day in his foster home he was happy to take a full bath and have his hair blow-dried.

Wookie can be a bit shy at first, but quickly warms up to people. He does great with both men and women! He also gets along very well with the other dog at his foster home, who is usually frightened by fellow canines.

Wookie is a dog full of love! He is just as happy taking a walk with you as he is cuddling on your lap.

Wookie's foster parents report that he is respectful of the family cat and was sweet and patient with children aged 2 and 7 during a recent play session.
