We volunteer as tribute! We volunteer as tribute!! Hello – we are Finnick and Annie and we are a bonded pair of young lovebirds who must be adopted together. We came to Florida Parrot Rescue through Hillsborough County Animal Services from a hoarding case with 44 other birds. We were previously used for breeding and we are currently not tame, but we love to chatter and sing and we have been converted to a healthier diet than the seed only diet we were given before. We have been medically cleared by the FPR veterinarian and are ready for adoption into a new home where someone will enjoy our company. An avian veterinarian has properly vetted all birds before they are placed up for adoption. Adoption fees include the bird’s cage IF the bird has a cage - most do, but please ask!
Parakeets, Cockatiels, Lovebirds: Fee’s for these birds are optional, but please consider donating any amount you can afford – your donations allow us to help more animals in need!

Large Cockatoos (Moluccan, Umbrella, Sulfur Crested, etc.): $400
Large Macaws (Blue and Gold, Scarlet, Greenwing, etc.): $500
