Meet Timber, the most adorable and playful mix of sweet Beagle and loyal Labrador! 10 week old Timber weighs about 10 lbs now but we expect him to be about 40-50 lbs when full grown. He was dumbed in the North Georgia woods and foster Tracy got a call from the local folks who found these two cuties. Slightly shy, Timber is learning to trust everyone and he loves ALL his doggie friends. He is very affectionate, of course playful and super smart. He is eager to learn, social and a real pleaser! He gets along well with dogs big and small, and his puppy friends too. Timber was dumped with Forrest, though we are not sure they are siblings as we think they are different breeds. But they too get along well with each other if you’re thinking two! He not only loves dogs, but gets along great with cats, horses and a pet pig too! Timber gets confidence from another dog so it would be great if his new home had another dog. He’s so young he will adapt fast and bond to his new people quickly. Timber is crate trained and nearly house trained and he is working on his basic commands. He is getting better on a leash too but would love the bonding and social experience of puppy class. He is vaccinated and micro-chipped, de-wormed and de-fleaed too! Timber will be leaving Georgia this week and arriving in Washington, Saturday, Oct 4th- and ready for his new home!
