FOSTER HOME NEEDED FOR KAISER!!!!!!!  Kaiser is one cool dude.  He is around 8 years old though with his adventuresome nature you would think he's younger.  He weighs about 25 lbs.  It looks like Kaiser's tail was broken and ended up crooked but it doesn't seem to affect him any.  He's in a temporary foster home but needs something more permanent ASAP!
