Here's what the humans have to say about me:
I am a 10-month-old neutered male German Shepherd/Australian Shepherd mix. I weigh about 50 pounds. Obviously, I am gorgeous, but I am more than just good looks. I'm always happy, super friendly, and very loving. I get along great with everybody I meet, people and dogs alike! No one is a stranger in my book. I'm playful, inquisitive, smart, silly, and just an all around great dog. If you don't believe it, come down and meet me! You won't be disappointed. I was brought into a local high-kill shelter when I was found wandering the streets. At least that's the story that was given to the shelter staff when I was dropped off. Unfortunately, I'm the only one that knows the truth and I haven't quite mastered the English language just yet so my friends here may never know for sure. I'm not super skinny and I'm definitely not feral so, if I was a stray, I wasn't on the streets for long. Anyway, enough about that. Here's what I am looking for in a new family. They must be active because I am all about adventure. I've been told that dogs can do all kinds of things, like swim in the ocean, play in the snow, or spend the afternoon at the dog park. If this is true, sign me up! I'd also like a family that wants to keep me forever. I realize this probably goes without saying, but hey, I just want to put it out there. I never want to be without a home of my own again! Trust me, it's not fun. We all need a warm place to rest our heads, right?!
