Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Cuba is one of our DFW area rescues. He was pulled and vetted on the day he was set to be euthanized and he is making the most of his new freedom! He is currently living in a wonderful foster home where he loves to play fetch, go on long runs, play with the neighbor dogs, and try desperately to get the cat to love him! He is so sweet and would make a great addition to any family!
Cuba is neutered, current on his vaccinations, micro chipped, and heart worm negative so he is all ready to become the newest member of your family!
Our adoption process begins with you meeting Cuba. Feel free to schedule a play date with him and your existing dog(s). After you fill out an application, we will verify your references and do a brief home inspection. If all goes well, we will deliver Cuba to you for a small adoption fee. You will also have the option to purchase a large wire kennel for an additional fee. We then ask that you sign our adoption contract. We will do a follow-up visit approximately two weeks to one month after the adoption to insure that Cuba is adjusting well to his new home and that he is happy and healthy.
We feel our adoption process is the best way to vet good owners and to guard against people seeking dogs for dog fighting, bait dogs, and/or dog sales. We only have our rescue dogs' best interest in mind and we do everything we can to insure that they go to the very best home and that it's the perfect fit.
