Chance's Story...
N/M, 1 Year, Australian Shepherd/Border Collie Mix, Approx. 50 lbs.

Hello there!! I'm a BEAUTIFUL boy who was very unfortunately given up
because my former family is expecting a baby, and had to move into a
small apartment that did not accept dogs -- even very wonderful ones
like me!! I'm a great guy who is house-broken and house-trained. I
adore going for walks and runs, and am very excited about the prospect
of a new loving and forever home! Seems I haven't had much formal
training, but I'm MORE than intelligent enough to learn! I don't really
drag folks around on the leash, but every day seems like a new
experience for me! MaxFund believes I may not have seen much of this
world, but I remain very social and sweet. I'm curious, willing, and
BEYOND affectionate! You really have to meet me to appreciate how FINE
I truly am. Just ask! Please take me for a walk! I LOVE taking in all
the great things this world has to offer. PS Kids and most other dogs
appear to be just fine in my book!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Chance, a Denver Australian Shepherd/Border Collie dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Shepherd/Border Collie for sale in Denver, or seeking a Australian Shepherd/Border Collie dog from a breeder in Denver.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Denver already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Denver breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Shepherd/Border Collie breeders who help with Australian Shepherd/Border Collie rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Denver paves the way for another one to be saved.
