My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Maximus is a male/n American Bulldog mix born early 2014 and weighs 50 pounds.

Maximus is a playful and affectionate boy. Notice how his tail is a wagging blur in his photos! He is young so has a lot of energy but, is also able to relax and hang out with his foster family. Maximus likes to wrestle and run and pull on toys with another female dog in his foster home. He tries to play with an older male dog in his foster home but, when that dog tells him he is not in the mood to play, Maximus seems to respect his cues. Maximus is in a home with a toddler and engages appropriately with him. He loves to give kisses. He seems to follow the lead of an older female dog in his foster home, following her to explore.

Maximus is housebroken and crate trained.

Our adoption fee is $250 and includes all age appropriate vaccines, spay or neuter and microchipping. The breed and age included in this listing is based upon the opinion of a vet that has examined the dog. We cannot confirm the age of the dog unless the dog was born in the care of the rescue. We are located in the metro Atlanta area. We currently do not allow out of state adoptions as a home check is required as part of the adoption process.
