This kitty is located in Henrico County, near Short Pump Area DOB 9/11/12
My name is Max, I am a short-hair tabby kitty. I was found by a passerby on the side of the road in a very small carrier without food or water. They took me home and contacted WECR to put me up to adoption. I am super sweet and very loving, I love to lay with my foster mom and watch TV. I am a declawed kitty.
