My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi- I'm Dory! I'm approx. 1-2 years old and full of spunk and love! I am a short-hair torti girl and I am sure lucky! I was on death row at a shelter and they were getting ready to kill me- through no fault of my own. I wanted to live so bad. I have dreamed of having a home of my own and I thought it was all going to end. But luckily A4A stepped up and saved me when a foster home opened up at the last minute (phew, that was close)! I love to sit on your lap and be petted. I had a tough start in life (it appears someone hit me regularly)- but now I happy, healthy, fully vetted and ready for a forever home to call my own! I can be talkative at times and I really enjoy a can of wet food. I love being petted!
