My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This is Hoss, aka Mr. Personality! He is an affectionate 2-3 year old doxie, who loves to play with toys and to be outside. When its chilly out, he loves to go out and strut around in his sweater.

Hoss is great with cats and other dogs. He is cautious around men, but once he trusts you, he is a very loving companion. Hoss does NOT like to be put in a kennel, but he is great when left out of the kennel. He never makes a mess and never tears anything up. He would do best in a house with a secure fence. He is not fond of being tied out but he also does not fight it.

Hoss loves to go for rides in the truck with his foster dad. He has learned to sit up, speak, sit and wait. Hoss is also working on walking on a leash. This little guy is a very special guy, and he hopes to find his special family (or person) soon!

This dog’s adoption fee is $225. Adopters must live within 150 miles or 3 hours drive of the Quad City area.

Hoss and K9 Kindness Rescue thank you for considering adoption through rescue for a new family companion!
