Hi! My name is Franklin. I am a sweet, sensitive, soulful little boy. I am extremely smart and eager to please. I’m a bit shy at first, but quickly warm to new people. I have a sweet, gentle charm, and intelligence. I’m super mellow, and rarely bark inside the house. I am good with kids. I’m sure to win you over as I stare lovingly into your eyes. I would love to be your best friend, and am aching to have a forever family of my own. My siblings and I were found starving, skinny and abandoned in an industrial zone of South Central, LA, no place for young pups! I love other dogs and am particularly bonded with my sister Frannie. We play all day and snuggle all night. I am 14 lbs of pure love! I am about 1 year old. I have very limited experience with cats, but I seem to be just fine with them.
