Java's Info...

Java's Story...
Java is a handsome, incredibly soft, sweet boy. He is happiest giving head butts and getting back rubs, while he purrs away. He is wonderful to rub because his fur is so soft. He is proof there are indeed “Fifty Shades of Black” – he’s actually the color of coffee…or the darkest of chocolate, with yummy dark fur! He loves his food and his window perch… but most of all he loves human attention. Java is a bit reserved at first when in new situations, but will reach out to his human, and craves affection.

Java has become best friends with Patchouli while at her foster home. They immediately comforted each other in their window perch, snuggling against each other. They would love it if they were adopted together but can be adopted separately. Due to his sweet nature, Java would probably love a snuggle buddies. He has not yet been tested with other cats and dogs but he would probably do fine with proper introductions. He would also be fine as a single kitty.

Java is about 4 years old and was rescued along with his kitten siblings from a rural high-kill shelter, and stood little chance of adoption due to low adoption rates.

Java is neutered, have tested negative for Feline Leukemia and FIV, and is current on their vaccines.
