Hi there, I'm Norbert! I was turned into Animal Control when I was found out wandering after that crazy rain storm. Sadly, my owners never came to get me, and that's when AZBR picked me up from the shelter and took me to a foster home. In my foster home, I'm glad to hang out with my beagle sister who I get along great with. Everyone says I'm an easy going boy - I am independent, but I love being petted. I'm content to just hang out with you, I'm trained to use the doggie door, and I hardly ever bark. And, my favorite thing of all is to chew on my bones! What more can you want? Please set something up so we can meet. I would help, but my paws don't do so well on these fancy new things that the humans tell me are Smart phones. If they're so smart, why don't they recognize my paws?
