Skipper's mom died recently and the family couldn't keep him which is a terribly sad situation for Skipper. He's grieving for his mom and, now, is thrown into a scary shelter he can't make sense of. Skipper is a little butterball! Obviously, he never misses a meal but despite his nearly 17lbs., he is in good health. He has dropped a couple of lbs. since he's been at the shelter which makes more space between his belly and the floor. He's 9 years young and housebroken. He's already neutered and ready for adoption immediately from Oceana County Animal Control. All adult dogs will be spayed/neutered and up to date on shots before adoption.
