I found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Kaiser's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Kaiser's Story...
Kaiser is just plain awesome!  He is a handsome 18 month old sable GSD.  Kaiser sat in a small shelter in Jonesboro, Arkansas for THREE MONTHS!  He had a wonderful volunteer that would come every Saturday to work with him and started his training.  She has made a huge impact on Kaiser and Kaiser has come so far.  He has some obedience training and has been started on the canine obstacle coarse.
Kaiser is great with other dogs and kids.  He adores his people and he knows his name and will come when called 99% of the time.  Kaiser has met the resident cats and did great, he smelt them and walked away, not showing them any attention other than a sniff.

Kaiser is looking for a German Shepherd savvy family that wants a buddy to go on daily walks. He wants a family to love him unconditionally and be his forever home.

Note**Kaiser has a previous injury where he must have been hit by a car. He has scars on his right hind leg and after a long day of running his rear right leg starts moving inwards.

Adoption fee is $300.00; this includes spay/neuter, HW test, all vaccinations, microchip and microchip registration.

If you are interested in a dog in DFW German Shepherd Rescue's program, please e-mail us at adoptions@dfwgsr.com for an adoption application.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Kaiser, a Fort Worth German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Fort Worth, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Fort Worth.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Fort Worth already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Fort Worth breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Fort Worth paves the way for another one to be saved.
