Metro-EUTH DATE 1/26's Story...
Meet Metro.. . he is just over a year old and already neutered. so he came into the shelter possibly housebroken and had leash training and no doubt missing a home he once had.. . This dog has a great disposition. He interacted well with kids and adults alike at Petco and really tried to please everyone. HE's not that big, just about 35 to 40lbs. Come bring this deserving dog a greenie or a chewie and interact with him outside. The dogs at the shelter could be great with cats, it's just something they don't know because they are kept in cages and separated from cats. We find that many we take and foster are already housebroken, and good with other animals or learn quickly to be. The shelter is at 650 John Howell Memorial Drive ,(off Wilma Sigmon Rd) in Lincolnton. It is newly remodeled too. Hours of operation for adopting are 11 to 4:30 , Mon-sat. Ph: 704 736 4125. you can adopt the same day; you get the spay or neuter, rabies vaccines, disease preventative vaccination a worming, a microchip and even 30 days of free pet health insurance. Their lives depend upon your adoption. Metro could be euthanized on Jan 26 if not adopted prior.
