Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Jason is our two-three month old lab mix. Jason weighs approximately 8-9 pounds and is a chunk! What a LOVE to everyone, other dogs and even cats, too! Jason has so much FUN running around the foster family's home playing with the other dogs. They will do the chasing game for awhile, then curl up in the puppy area squeezing as many as possible on one puppy bed. Jason is so eager to learn and is one AWESOME dog! Jason is working on his potty training skills and is one quick learner. Jason loves his foster home but is looking for his forever home, he is READY!!
If you are interested in giving Jason a wonderful home, go to our Facebook page and download the application from the "Notes" section. While you are there, please "Like" our page to see our new available dogs and keep up with upcoming events.

You can also email us at merceranimalrescue@gmail.com and we will email an application to you. Feel free to call Beverly with questions about the dogs at 901-651-6322 or Angela with questions about our adoption process at 203-909-8861.
Jason's adoption donation is $495 which helps to cover the neutering, shots, bordetella (kennel cough), vet examination, certificate of health and transport fee. Jason is living with a foster family in Tennessee and will travel to his new family by professional pet transport once he has been adopted. We use a weekly transport to the northeast and a twice monthly transport to the Chicago / Milwaukee areas.
Our primary source of funding comes from this adoption donation. This donation allows us to rescue other dogs in danger of being put to sleep, injured or sick dogs and dogs that have never known the comfort of a home.
