Lepo's Story...
Lepo is a big boy and pretty chill with people. He could chase the feather on a stick almost all day, as long as he has some breaks for pats from the humans.
Lepo is a kind of cat who will always happily greet you at the door, ready to play or cuddle, always interested and involved in whatever is going on in his home and with his human.
This purrfect little man was rescued by a good Sumatran after being abandoned in a box with his 3 sisters (Kimberly, Brittany and Lucy) in front of a police station. They all had raging upper respiratory infections, were underweight and scared. Empty cages volunteers made sure that these guys get the best medical help needed and provided them with a loving and knowledgeable foster home. Now all healed, full of life and wonder, this kitty family is looking for their forever home.

Lepo is already neutered, up to date with his shots, and FELV/FIV negative.
The only thing missing in his life is a place and a human to call her own.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lepo, a Brooklyn Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Brooklyn, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Brooklyn.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Brooklyn already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Brooklyn breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Brooklyn paves the way for another one to be saved.
