Tia is quite the love sponge, he loves to snuggle. He would do well with someone who can spend some time teaching him tricks and playing to increase his independence. He does prefer women. He says, "hi Tia" in a very sweet little voice. For a cockatoo, he's not particularly loud. He has some plucked feathers on his shoulders but is not currently plucking.
