Darma's Story...
This sweet girl is Darma. She came to be in my rescue from an owner surrender of an accidental litter. The mom is a full bred black Lab but we have no idea on the father/fathers. Darma looks like a full bred Black Lab though and is beautiful. She is currently about 3 months old and is located in a foster home in CT. For more information and an application- please email me, Sandy at vshutchins@gmail.com And thank you for considering adoption!!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Darma, a Greenville Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Greenville, or seeking a Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Greenville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Greenville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Greenville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Greenville paves the way for another one to be saved.
