My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Jane is a 6-year-old Calico who loves running water, being brushed, singing, and string toys. She currently lives with Maya. They can be adopted together or separately, although we would like Jane to have a kitty companion as she enjoys grooming and sleeping with other cats. She dislikes being picked up.

Jane is adored by all who meet her, and she warms up to new people just as easily. Originally a skittish alley cat who was mistaken for feral, she’s grown into a sweetheart who’s happiest curled up at the end of your bed or flinging a toy at your feet. She’s talkative, extremely playful, and gentle/submissive with other cats and even dogs; although she loves affection, she isn’t a lap cat and would prefer to sit side-by-side with you by a window. Jane is easy-going and would prefer a quieter household, but she is good with groups, other cats & dogs, and probably older children as well.
