Jelly Bean's Story...
Jelly Bean was a tiny waif who set out to find something better in life. Her very loud cry for assistance ensured that she would be immediately found, and she still uses that voice very effectively. She is gray and white with a short coat. She's got some growing up to do before we'll place her, and we need to be sure her home is safe, loving, forever and INSIDE ONLY. We expect she will be ready to meet her public in late October after she completes her spay and all her medical work. Meantime, she is enjoying her Magicats foster home where she gets along well with other cats and her adult human. She has had brief exposure to a busy foster home with dogs, kids and other cats, but was too tiny to get the most out of that experience. We'll keep you updated on her progress. If you'd like more information or to consider her for your home, send us an email, apply on line using our website application form, or leave a message on our message phone 208-543-6193.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jelly Bean, a Buhl Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Buhl, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Buhl.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Buhl already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Buhl breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Buhl paves the way for another one to be saved.
