My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Diesel is a 1 year old terrier mix who weighs 16 lbs. He was an owner surrender to the shelter. We can’t imagine who would want to give up this little bundle of fun. He loves to run and frolic in the grass and gets along with everyone including a 5 year old in the home and dogs and cats. .is mostly housebroken He is submissive with people and generally a real lovebug. He doesn't bark, is crate trained and is ok in his crate. He has no separation anxiety or aggression. He pulls on the leash a little when firs tout walking but soon settles down. Diesel is food-motivated so training him is easy. He does always seem to be hungry or thirsty but maybe that will settle down when he gets used to the fact that he has a good foster home and he does not have to go back to the pound. He is a fast learner and a total snuggler too. He'd make a great companion. We think he would be better in a lower energy home.
