Dobby is a darling medium-haired tabby boy named after the character in the Harry Potter movies. You honestly have to see him in person to understand just how cute he really is! He has soft, silky fur and is actually pretty petite for his age. He is one of Samantha's kittens (she and Dobby's sisters, Piper and Phoebe, are also available for adoption) and has been waiting for a long time for his forever home. The family came from a high-kill rural animal control when their time was up. Dobby is the most outgoing and friendly of the group and boy does he love attention! As soon as you pet him, he will flop on his back for tummy rubs and purrs non-stop. He just as sweet as can be and usually follows me around like a dog, waiting for me to stop what I'm doing and pet him. While he's an awesome kitty and does great at my house, he does not show well at Petsmart and tends to hide or act cranky because he's frightened. Who can blame him... between the loud noise and strange smells/sights, it can be very stressful for person let alone a kitty. Please don't let that dissuade you from giving him a chance - Dobby would make a wonderful companion for the right family and just needs the opportunity to show you just how wonderful he is. While he will need a quieter home and a brief adjustment period, he is totally worth it. Dobby loves canned food, toys of any kind, warm laps, and soft beds. He is neutered, microchipped, tested negative for FeLV/FIV and current on vaccinations - DOB 3/20/14 (tag 9216).
