Maggie's Story...
Meet Maggie. Maggie was a sweet girl we met at the local shelter. We went to get another pup one day and asked about Maggie. It turns out she was on the euthanasia list because she had a cold. Who should die over a silly cold!? Maggie is now safe in a foster home. She lives with different doggies of all sizes and ages and does great.. She is a happy go lucky girl and loves people so much. She is also submissive to dominate dogs and will roll over on her back :) Maggie recently met her first cat and was great! She just calmly sniffed and wagged her little tail! She loves her crate and will get right in (always expecting a treat of course) and working on potty training. She is currently about 5 months old and 20-ish pounds so she will most likely be on the smaller side. Maggie would be a perfect addition to any home. Her local adoption fee is $200 which covers her microchip, current shots, deworming, up to date heartworm prevention, etc . Please contact us for an application on Maggie!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Maggie, a Memphis Labrador Retriever/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) for sale in Memphis, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) puppy from a breeder in Memphis.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Memphis already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Memphis breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Memphis paves the way for another one to be saved.
