Meet one of our special CRT puppies: Junior. Junior is a short haired Chihuahua who is primarily black with white highlights. We love the way one of his ears stands up, and one flops down. He is adorable.
Junior is one of four puppies that we call the "Broken Bow Puppies". Here is their story: In mid-June, CRT was contacted by a family in Broken Bow, Oklahoma. Their mother had just passed away, and left several Chihuahuas behind. The family asked if CRT would be willing to take some and re-home them. Of course we said “yes”. When they arrived, one of the Chihuahuas, Duchess, was pregnant. One week later, on June 20th, she had four bouncing baby boys!
Junior is one of the four puppies. He is very playful, and loves life. Junior gets along great with both the small dogs and large dogs in his foster home. He especially loves to wrestle and chase his 4 legged brothers. Junior has also begun playing with toys. He loves to play "fetch". He will bring you a toy, drop it at your feet, wait for you to throw it, he will chase it, bring it back to you, drop it at your feet and beg you to start the entire process over. Junior loves to play this game with his humans!
Junior is also a big cuddler. He loves to be held, and to lay on your lap at night as you watch TV. His idea of a perfect evening is a game of fetch, followed by some mellow time with his humans. Junior gets along with everyone, including children. So he will fit into any size family.
Junior is really smart. He is inquisitive and enjoys exploring, especially in the back yard. He is crate trained and will sleep in his crate at night. We are working on his potty training habits, and although he is very young, he is beginning to catch on!
Junior will be great with people of all ages. He is fully vetted and looking for his forever home. If you enjoy energy, fun and love in your home, this is the little guy for you!
Junior is neutered, micro chipped, up-to-date on shots, HW negative and on heartworm prevention. He is ready to join a loving family - could that family be yours?
This dog is a CRT rescue. Reference checks, adoption contract and $225 adoption fee is required.
