Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Little Bob is a puppy mill/hoarding survivor. He's a pomeranian/papillon that was used as a breeder dog. He and 9 others were brought to a shelter from a hoarding situation. Bob is about 5 years old and when he was brought in he was blind in one eye from an old injury. He had no human contact before coming to us. His foster family has brought him a long way but he still has a long way to go. Bob went through surgery to remove his eye, a dental with some extractions and neutering and he's all recovered now. We feel bob will make much better progress when he's in a home with an owner that can spend a lot of time with him. His new family needs to be very understanding. He's afraid to be picked up but wont bite. He doesn't initiate interaction with new people because he's scared of them. He's very scared on a leash. Bob is crate trained to wee wee pads now. Are you looking for a pooch to help? Bob would be a great candidate. His adoption fee is reduced for the right family to help him!
