Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Abby, Fitz, Mellie and Olivia are lovable and amazingly friendly, six-week-old, kittens looking for a loving guardian.
These kittens are preferably looking for homes in pairs where there are no other cats. They were possibly exposed to the FeLV virus but they are too young to be tested.
Fitz, the orange tabby, is very fun and playful and the largest in the litter. Olivia, the brown tabby is the most outgoing and loves people so much, she is always climbing on you for a snuggle session. Mellie, the calico is beautiful and playful. Abby, the other calico, is the shyest, gentlest and most sensitive … but loves her siblings, people and playing!
These kittens use their litter box loyally and use a cat scratcher too. They play with each other, sleep together and groom each other. They are cuddly with people and very well-socialized.
These kittens were found stray and brought to Chicago Animal Care and Control with their mom who tested positive for the FeLV virus. They were separated from her at a very young age to curtail the spread of the virus. They are being raised in a loving foster home. The virus is contagious to cats, but not to dogs or humans.
These kittens are extremely healthy, de-wormed, up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccines, and will be spayed/neutered and micro-chipped when they are three to four months old. Their adoption fee of $175 as a pair benefits rescued pets. To meet and possibly adopt these kittens, please contact their foster mom Alexis at Alexismansfield@gmail.com
